Belle Windows scratched the heck out of the windows on my brand new home. I have not even lived in my home for a year and they have cleaned them twice. I called the owner halfway during the second cleaning expressing concern over the job in a voicemail. I explained that the guys were rushing and washing the windows with a steel wool and it was leaving scratch marks.
