Same problem as the earlier reviewer, "Carl" When trying to move out they attempted to take a large part of my security deposit after I deep cleaned the apartment. (120$ for a very small bathroom) The mailbox didn't work the entire time I was there & the apartment had a boarded up air conditioning hole, no AC unit. It was my first time renting a place after moving out of my parents, and I shouldn't have made the hasty decision to move here that quickly. Do not and I mean do not rent from these people. They are one of the most scammy companies I have ever dealt with. Also, while living there we never had our mailbox fixed (which Pam told us was going to be 2 days) then told us it was our problem. Then a women I have never heard of contacts us saying they are not using our security deposit to fix damages because we moved out early, and that we owed money to them. Don't go through them, they ran an application for me and told me several properties were available and told me that prior to running my credit. I even mentioned I have 15,000 to my name and they still won't consider me or get back to me even though I have proof. Very unprofessional as the desk woman told me they would get back to me soon even after all that and I don't got time to wait with no response. I'm take my money elsewhere even though I offered to pay them 3 months worth and I'm ready to move.
