A glut of questionable renters (and some owners) who show no respect for this once nice property. HOA has to get their act together for God's sake, Treasurer is the WORST! Sick and tired of cleaning up after all the short term renters (Air B&B - not allowed here but they find their way in and nothing is done). Drug dealers live here as well.
