They keep raising the lot rent, and for what? I bought the house, the house is mine. Why do I have to pay you $700 for lot rent? That's way too high for a trailer. Did the higher up see this? Lower the rent. There is no reason why the rent should be $1,600 for people to rent. It is a trailer park.
Collected water bill 2 hours before turning water off for 2 days in the whole park.. bathroom! PLEASE!!

Rena and staff are absolutely fantastic she has gone above and beyond for me and my family we have been through so much with the loss of my mother amongst other things and Rena has been truly a blessing for us she always is there and so easy to talk to , stays on top of things here in the park as well may god bless you all,,, thank you so much for all your support and dedication to keep this a beautiful place to live . Highly recommend
