Rude staff, young kids and young adults in every other trailer of the 65+ side
Absolute worst trailer park on sumpter road
Trash management.
DO NOT RENT OR BUY. Terrible property management. They’ll close an entrance to Owen that’s been open 30 years and is more convenient for all park residents especially the kids but all the lights on my street have been out for a year. The kids now have to walk across a field filled with debris to get to school when the original entrance put them right in the parking lot of the school. They keep raising the lot rent, and for what? I bought the house, the house is mine. Why do I have to pay you $700 for lot rent? That's way too high for a trailer. Did the higher up see this? Lower the rent. There is no reason why the rent should be $1,600 for people to rent. It is a trailer park.
