Don't live here if you want to swim. Pool is constantly late opening. Now you can't bring guests even as a rent payer, you must be head on lease to swim. Doesn't matter my name is on there and I pay! Next, I was about a week behind on rent due to medical emergencies and they kicked myself and young kids out the pool. Don't get a mortgage. You will be screwed.
This is the second winter my dear friend has lived in Belle Villa Lake 55+ mobile park community. I worry about her saftey. They rarely plow the streets and if they do, they are complete ice underneath. I have not once seen them put salt down. Last year visiting her, I almost hit a mailbox just going around a corner at the speed of 7-9 mph. I left her house today and it's a sheet of ice. If you love your parents, or if you're older, PLEASE DO NOT MOVE TO BELLE VILLA LAKE mobile home park.
HORRIBLE. I moved here at the beginning of the year and will not be renewing my lease. Rude management, maintenance is useless, noisy neighbors, speeding drivers throughout the whole community especially the entrance and exit ways, they shut the water off whenever they want with little to no notice, electricity goes out all of the time, neighbors let their dogs run loose, did I mention the maintenance guys are useless? The office staff and maintenance are fantastic and very helpful. In particular, Liz and Rena are amazing and always willing to help.
This review is in reference to Belle Villa Meadows I lived at Belle Villa Meadows for 2.5 years with my husband and overall we had a pretty good experience. When the Community Manager switched over to Rena, everything was more structured in regards to community rules and community concerns. Rena was always willing to help out the residents as much as she could and Liz and Stephen were always super friendly.
