My first experience at this salon was excellent. Unfortunately, my second experience was the complete opposite. I scheduled a 12:00 PM appointment a month and a half in advance. When I arrived, I was informed that my appointment was supposedly at 10:00 AM—which is unequivocally incorrect. At no point did the salon confirm this appointment with me, nor did anyone contact me when I was marked as a ‘no‑show’ at 10:00. I had a wig installed, by Janice hair by Belle Vie great customer service. The environment was amazing and so was the stylist. did an incredible job – exactly what I wanted. Super friendly, skilled, and professional. I left feeling confident and refreshed. Highly recommend

Worst haircut I've ever gotten. I told the girl multiple times I straighten my hair often so the hair cut has to look good straight .. it's horrible. I've had a few people even ask me if I cut my own hair which was embarrassing. I ever tipped the girl half of what the hair cut itself cost. Definitely don't recommend coming here unless you want to be lied to and your hair looks like you had a mid life crisis at 2am and did your hair yourself. Definitely affordable but at what cost.

I have been a client of Belle Vie since 2 months after they opened, and have always walked out very happy with the results, the care, and the attention I have received. I have been with Denise since my first visit, but Ashley has taken very good care of me if Denise was not available. Meagan is very sweet and I always enjoy the care and attention from her when she assists Denise , and washes, rinses, and does other treatments on my hair.
