They don't like to answer the phone or pay their bills. Been trying to collect from them for over 120 days, over $1000 .
This has been the worst experience I’ve ever experienced in my life. I came in for simple tire repairs and I sat in their waiting room for hours waiting for them to do my tires and then at the end they overcharged me almost 6,000 dollars in unauthorized repairs on my car and they told me that I authorized them but I would never signed anything charging me almost 6,000 dollars for a car that is not worth 6,000 dollars. Very dissatisfied with scheduling an appointment and having to wait 2-2 1/2 hours for a rotate and balance. I realize you only have two bays to support the weight of my truck. That's the reason I schedule an appointment a week in advance so you will have an open bay and I don't have to wait that long. Im going to trying a different store location to see if my experience is better.
