Had repairs done on my car. $1,400 of work. 10 days later I had a headlight out went to get a price on replacing both lights. Told me the price would be $400.00. How can they do this? That's nothing be money gouging, This is so crazy. Bell Tire need to do better then this!!! Took my car to the Dealership, had other repairs done with replacing two the headlights Was under $400.00.
They don't like to answer the phone or pay their bills. Been trying to collect from them for over 120 days, over $1000 .
This has been the worst experience I’ve ever experienced in my life. I came in for simple tire repairs and I sat in their waiting room for hours waiting for them to do my tires and then at the end they overcharged me almost 6,000 dollars in unauthorized repairs on my car and they told me that I authorized them but I would never signed anything charging me almost 6,000 dollars for a car that is not worth 6,000 dollars.
