Decatur, Illinois store is typical Decatur. Made appointment for 1 tpms sensor. Appointment was at 8:30 am. Car was still not pulled in at 10:15 am. Not sure why i made an appointment. Ridiculous. I still need a tpms sensor if anyone in the area would like to suggest a business.

I was sold 4 tires that were larger than the manufacturer's required tire for my car on Saturday, 11/30/2025, at the Telegraph store. This was done without my knowledge. When I took my car to the Nowlin Road Belle Tire on Monday, 12/1/2025, for an alignment I was informed of the wrong tire size. Tuesday, 12/2/2025, the tire light came on in my car. Had repairs done on my car. $1,400 of work. 10 days later I had a headlight out went to get a price on replacing both lights. Told me the price would be $400.00. How can they do this? That's nothing be money gouging, This is so crazy. Bell Tire need to do better then this!!! Took my car to the Dealership, had other repairs done with replacing two the headlights Was under $400.00.
