Called, asked how much a tire rotation. They told me free. I get there, they take my car to the back. Without providing any further information, the said they cannot do a tire rotation for me today. Second time coming there, just felt customer service was poor both times. Since, they charge much more than Discount Tires across the street, I expected the service to be better. Discount Tires, is much busier with longer wait times, however, the customer service is better.
This was the best experience that I have at Belle tires. If you looking for the best deal around please come to Belle tires. And I want to give special recognition to Eric Soto.
Don’t go here waste of time, money, energy, and gas dealing with these people. Didn’t do hat I came in For service. Had them do a simple rotation and reseeding of my bead in my tire. Did neither of that. This make me lowkey not want to do business with any belle tire going forward tbh, should not be neglecting the simple task of servicing tires.
Erik and his team came though at the last minute for me beforehand of the holiday! For such an affordable deal I received tire rotations and an oil change in a timely manner and excellent care🥹☺️
Nice, new and clean. Plenty of parking. I would use their service. I use the free air on back. Loved that!
