They upsold me on a single TPMS sensor and neglected to tell me the other sensors would need to be replaced to try and cash in on more work down the line. Foolish of me to trust them with the work now I have to take time to figure out how to correct this annoying error message that is popping up for me, do more to inform your customers and quit the up selling crap if I came in for just tires give me the tire service and leave me alone never was upsold at competition.
They fixed my power steering problem yes... Looking over all the total prices, they charged me $75 just to put in steering fluid... The fluid cost $4 and takes about 10 seconds to pop the hood and put it in.. $75? Hope you all sleep well at night considering you shaft hard working people for a living. You guys are a joke.
I had a very frustrating experience at this tire shop. I was initially told that the tires would fit my vehicle, so based on that, my wife went out of her way to drop them off. After waiting about an hour, they brought my car back out—with the original tires still on—and didn’t say a single word about it. Rockford location - excellent customer service here. Had a tire repaired and was in and out within a half hour. I recommend considering Bell Tire Rockford for your automobile needs.
