Highly recommend this place. Have bough two sets of tires here. Very helpful and friendly every time. You may experience some long wait times when you walk in so I recommend making appointments when you can. They do more than just tires too.
I walked in without an appointment, wheel was rubbing and steering was shaky as hell. they checked it out and turns out the wheel wasn’t sitting flush and lug nuts weren’t torqued right. they took off all 4 wheels, cleaned the hubs, mounted everything clean, torqued to spec and didn’t charge me a dime. Not my first time there either. did alignment and balance a year ago and car been solid since. Great customer service, solid work, Definitely recommend.

I have gone there non once, not twice, but 3 times in a span of 2 years. And each time they have helped patch up a tire (things happen. The roads have nails in them etc). It is always free to patch your tires. No gimmicks. They don't push sales on you. Now it's getting time to replace my tires and just due to the amount of times they've helped me, I won't go anywhere else for tires. The customer service there is out of this world. They have me hooked.
Great experience. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Regina helped me at the service desk. She was able to find the problem with my car. She was able to service my car quickly and get me back on the road. I highly recommend Belle Tire in Alsip.
