Rashea lied told me they did not have my tires in stock on 2-12-26. I called in at 7:40 20 mins before close . He stated crestwood has them. Bryan took my call at crest wood 5 mins before close and stayed late to my tires on. Rashea lied about the inventory and was confirmed by multiple belle tire locations . He needs to be retrained and coached!
I would never take my car here again. They handed me my emblem to the hub cap and broke it telling me they couldn't put it on. I wonder why bc they broke it. Then noticed the other one on the other front tire was missing and never gave me that one. Few days later when I noticed i called and asked to speak to a manager and then tells me Regina will call me assistant manager and guess what never did. If your getting anything other then tires their way over priced. I needed lower stable bars on the front end. They quoted 1800 dollars. Took it to another mechanic shop and got the job done for 750. Wow come on Bell. I went back to get air in one of my tires that I bought at bell in Alsip. Got a lot of hassle from them and was told when I bought the new Michlens I was told anything that happens bring the car back and they'd take care of the problem. Tires are reasonable , but after taxes and disposal fees and the danger install fee it’s not so affordable.. stick to used tires.
