Came in here a couple months ago to get a tire looked at and an alignment. Everything went smooth until the end. They came out telling me they didn’t want to do an alignment because they were afraid they were going to break a bolt. I take that car into a new location a month later because I had a feeling something was not right. Come to find out they had already broken the bolt and tried to cover it up by having me pay $800 more dollars on a mistake they made. I appreciate you guys coming to the door five minutes after close so let me buy the tire that you had put on the wheel. As reluctant as you were to answer. The annoyance and anger in Ashlee's face when the only words out of her mouth were. "I'm not putting that on for you." that was obviously the case. Disappointing, but I'm still thankful for the repair.
They will charge you triple the price of the part and take all day to do it just an awful experience and got charged 650 for a single wheel bearing insane right, dont go here they will do the same to you!
Took 4 hours for a wheel beering and was charged 640 bucks double the price it should be, will never be back here again after coming here 2 times in the future. Wouldn’t recommend this place, they will get over on you.
