I’ve never had a bad experience here until now. Unfortunately, my experience with Joseph was extremely disappointing. I found him to be dishonest, rude, and very unprofessional. When I asked questions or tried to get clarification, I was met with even more rudeness rather than a willingness to help. I had a screw in my tire and took it in to Belle Tire. This was my first time there. They fixed my tire for free!! They were very courteous and got it done quickly.
I drove into Belle Tire (Angola, IN) without an appointment (from out of state) much in need of new windshield wipers. No problem! JOSEPH (assistant manager) took care of me right away, and JAKE installed premium Bosch wipers within minutes — all for a great price. Both were personable and efficient. Five stars, my friends!
