I just want to say thank you for the great service I received today at Belle Tire. I brought my car in for the alignment and Daniel took extra care when it came to working on my car. Want to give a shout out to Chloe at the front desk as well.
Used to be okay here, but we recently went back for tire issues and they lost our lug nut key (we have a truck) after admitting they had to use it to repair the tire. They held no one accountable and never even got back to us about the matter. Now we have to pay almost $300 to replace it. Definitely would NOT recommend this location anymore.
I needed a specific tire for my car which they had. However I did not have my car and couldn’t have them install it since I could not drive the car to the shop, so I wanted to buy the tire alone. The guy selling the tire had changed his whole tune, and said he wouldn’t sell me the tire unless it was cash only since that’s their policy out the door because “people try to scam”.
