I have had two experiences at Belle Tire. During my first visit a year ago, the customer service I received did not meet my expectations. However, I returned recently and was pleasantly surprised by the assistance provided by Jose Urra. He was extremely helpful and very informative. I loved his interpersonal skills because I was accompanied by my father; he speaks both English and Spanish but primarily understands Spanish.
