Anthony at the West Chicago location is a consummate professional, attentive and friendly. He worked on giving me a competitive price that was very close to a quote from local tire shop near where I live and was able to accommodate getting the specific tires I wanted to his store and installed on my niece's car the next day! Every time I come to Belle Tire I leave feeling more knowledgeable about my car in general. Michael is typically who I work directly with but I also worked with Jon recently. Both are willing to engage in conversation about your car and candidly respond to any related questions you may have which is nice because often times people at the desk aren’t necessarily knowledgeable about the actual work being done. Not satisfied they charged me for 4 tires and new value stems. But apparently they never replaced them. My girlfriend was left stranded on the side of the road. No nail or anything no visible signals of any damage to the tire.The value stem they said they had replaced. Visually looked like the original ones. I was upset. Never will buy tiers from Belle Tires. I was obligated to buy 4 tires originally for one tire that had a value stem issue that was an easy fix.
