A little overpriced
The workers here are very kind,sooo helpful and work quickly to get you in and out of there as fast as possible. I know Thomas the technician did awesome on repairing my flat tire and Rod was so professional and very kind assisting me. I am so thankful for such great customer service
I own four vehicles and recently had all their tires replaced at Belle Tire. Unfortunately, every visit to the Roosevelt location has been a frustrating experience. Despite calling ahead, I was given appointments with a delay of two days. During a visit for tire rotation and wheel balancing, they only rotated the front tires, claiming one of the rear tires had low tread. Walked in at Belle Tire in Villa Park for a scheduled appointment. Out of 4 tires, 3 were bought from Belle recently. Had rotation and balancing issues. They only rotated one tire and didn’t do any balancing — said one tire wasn’t good and wasn’t covered by warranty.
