A couple of weeks ago, I brought my car in right before they were about to close because I had just gotten a flat tire. It was extra hot and humid that day and I could tell everyone was worn out. They gladly took my car in and got me back on the road quickly. I can't thank them enough for helping me out, especially after the day those guys had! 👏
I drove from Central IL to Orland Park last week and got a flat tire. I was able to get the spare on, and a Good Samaritan suggested Belle Tire for a repair/ replacement. The entire staff did not disappoint! Due to the damage, I needed a new tire and expected to pay for two since I have AWD. The other tires were new, so Belle confirmed I would only need one. Great, honest, timely customer service. They stand by their work and product. The manager, Justin Ryan, is very knowledgeable. They don't try to sell you stuff you don't need.
Had to have a nail fixed today and Justin and his crew were courteous and quick! They did a great job, so glad I bought my tires and warranty with Belle! It's a great feeling to have someone say, thanks ma'am.... no charge today!
