I had a great experience at this tire shop thanks to their excellent customer service. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with respect and honesty. VIRNATER went above and beyond to make sure I understood my options, answered all my questions patiently, and never tried to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. The service was fast, professional, and fairly priced. It’s rare to find a place that truly values its customers, but this shop definitely does. I’ll be coming back and recommending them to others.
Had new tires installed here last week. Other than a longer wait everything else was fine. Will come back if needed.
This location has the worst customer service. The free air machine is in the back where they can't see when you are there. I called from my cell phone twice and waited a long time and was on hold for a very long time until a message came on and said they could not take my call now. I went inside and the employees were all standing around doing nothing. When I asked if someone could put air in my tires, they all looked at each other like I was crazy. Finally, someone came. NEVER coming back to this place for an oil change. I had an appointment scheduled, waited for 2 hours to not even get my car taken back & was told to come back another day. Came back with another appointment, and was told there was no mechanic for an oil change, rescheduled AGAIN. Came back the next day & waited 2.5 hours for an oil change. Absolutely ridiculous and would not recommend coming here.
I thought the service and promptness of this location was excellent. I had an appointment and bought 4 tires prior on their website and was able to get in and out in less than 2 hours. Mind you it was extremely busy with walk ins coming in. I give the employees props for putting up with all the Karen's coming in with no appointments giving the workers hard times.
