I recently bought 4 michelin pilot sport tires for my Dodge Dart. From the day they installed them, they had a very harsh vibration at highway speeds. I brought the vehicle back the following week requesting an alignment and for them to re-check the balancing on the wheels. They claimed my car had a bent wheel, and that they could not perform an alignment because a tie rod was stuck in place. Belle Tire has went completely downhill. Every time I came in here I experienced the best service but with the new management things have changed. Joe Smith is absolutely terrible. I brought a new set of 4 tires from here and he told me he couldn’t find it in the system when I came back with a flat after I had a warranty. He told me I couldn’t have brought the tires from here because the serial numbers don’t match. I told him about who helped me and he said no woman has ever worked here.
