Terrible customer service experience!!!
Super late review but I came here after finding a construction staple in my tire right after getting married and Austin helped me out significantly during all the chaos!
Bought tires from Bell Tire a couple months back. Got a nail in one tire, so I went to a different Bell Tire location to have it looked at, and they said it needed to be replaced. Since I had the road hazard warranty, I expected it to be covered — but at pickup I was told I'd owe ~$67, because apparently a full tire replacement requires buying a new warranty on top of the old one, something I was never told when I originally bought it. The staff are a great and very professional. Performed a perfect alignment on my car. Better than a dealership. They have a great warranty on it too for a one year where you can come back every 3 months to have it checked and they will make changes if needed.
Very prompt and courteous service. Would recommend it to anyone. The place is also clean 👍
