I have road hazard through them and they wanted 4 hours to plug a tire. They also said I cant schedule an appointment because it is a "free service ".
Had a super customer experience today with tires and service !
Needed tires and wheels for our vehicle. Everyone I spoke to was nice and professional. Have to give a shout out to DJ. He knows his stuff and went above and beyond with communication of orders of shipping and appointment.
I want to start by saying everyone I’ve worked with at this Belle Tire location has been incredible. I’ve worked with Michael, the Assistant Manager, a few times now, and he’s excellent at what he does. Michael is quick to understand the issue and great at explaining next steps. I’ve brought both of my cars here for tires and car maintenance, and I’ve been consistently impressed with everyone’s attitude and level of service. I’ll definitely be back for all my future car needs.
It was amazing we are on trip from Chicago when we got metal in a tire I called it was after 5pm and DJ said to come on in we did and he was so nice and helpful we ended up with 2 new tires because of the great price and can on home in Kentucky we would recommend Belle Tire to everyone can not say enough great things they were awesome. Thank you DJ you and your team for the effort, time and patience to make sure we got home to Kentucky safely!
