I almost never leave reviews for places but I had to after getting a new set of tires put on here. This is literally the first tire shop I've ever been to that used an actual torque wrench and the actual correct torque spec instead of just using an impact gun and sending the lug nuts home with way too much force. I even checked them when I got home with my torque wrench and every one was right on the money. For that alone they get 5 stars, plus they got me in way earlier than initially scheduled and were fast.
Such a friendly and helpful place! I initially had to take my car to the dealership for a recall; it was also making an abnormal sound so I was hoping to get that figured out at the same time. After a week of bad communication and my car problem unresolved, Belle Tire was quick to provide answers and solutions. Car troubles can be stressful, but going to Belle Tire made the process so simple and relieving. Fully recommend Belle Tire!
