I had a tire loosing air. I took my car there for repair. They checked and found the tire had corrosion . They cleaned the corrosion off at my tire. Everything was excellent and no charge! I was very pleased with the service and especially happy for no charge. Would definitely recommend this company to any of my friends or neighbors! Great job!
Took 2 hours and 25 mins to change 4 tires and do a alignment and I was the second person there. The Tech chipped the paint on my rims and told the guy at the front desk and he just said accidents happen, but never told me, until I looked when I got home. This is my second terrible experience at a Belle Tire, first one was Lafayette Belle tire. I will never go to a Belle Tire again and you should do the same.
Jeffrey was incredibly rude to me at the Brownsburg location a few weeks ago so I chose to take my service to the whitestown location today. Jeffrey happened to be working at the whitestown location today and he majorly inappropriately snapped at an employee in front of me and another customer. It made me feel very uncomfortable. I spent a lot of money on tires between two vehicles at belle tire recently and I don’t need to come here and feel threatened or uncomfortable!!! Absolutely out of line Jeffrey.
