Quick service but somehow can find a way to charge tax on nothing when you use there already expensive warranty. Not very friendly/helpful staff. Call to use warranty just to get there an them not even aware its a warranty an half the things talked about on phone nowhere in records. Will do extra but not tell anyone till you ask. And it'll just be half assed check anyways. Don't waste your money here
Joe Fletcher yelled and screamed at a customer making her cry right in front of everyone. I heard the whole conversation. Poor customer service, poor experience. I will use Discount Tire for now on. Shame on you Joe
Tire caught a nail. I dropped off at night and Belle repaired next day. No charge. I didn’t buy the tire from Belle, but I will surely buy set from them when time to replace. A+
I dropped my fifth wheel for new tires and wanted an oil change, tire rotation and front end alignment for my truck. Left with a friend for a few minutes to go shopping. Received a call from Belle Tire and was told they couldn't rotate my tires or a front end alignment. Why? Company policy. I was informed I needed to new tires because of the tread depth was very low. Belle Tire took great care of me. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. What stood out most was their honesty -- they explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell me, and made sure I only got what I actually needed. It’s refreshing to find a place that treats customers with real integrity. Highly recommend!
