I purchased a set of tires on voice 11/25/2023. After a few weeks I got a call from Belle Tire that there was a problem with my payment. I contacted my bank, no issue there. I contacted Belle Tire's bank, no issue there. I went into the store only to be told my invoices from my bank were not good enough to prove payment?!? They told me until this was resolved they will not provide any services nor warranty any items. Not sure what this managers name is that runs this place but he’s rude and is not customer centric. Took my Jeep there didn’t use the correct oil or filter. After an argument on the telephone with what they call a manager. I took it back only to have to take it to Columbus Dodge to have the oil again changed because they over filled it and the so called manager oversaw the oil change. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO TAKE A VEHICLE HERE WITH THIS MANAGER STILL WORKING THERE!
I left very upset with the service at this store. I took my car in for an oil change and rotation of tires. I sat there almost an hour with my car still in the parking lot. The place started getting busy when an older couple came in and requested the same work as I did. In about 15 minutes their car was pulled in to be serviced. When I asked the 2 employees, they said that that side was tires only and not for oil changes. When I asked the couple they said they were getting both.
