Horrible customer service at this place. If you like for them to not communicate at all and give you attitude, this is the place for you.
They are trying to over charge over $1000 for 2 parts saying that’s how much the parts cost. We priced them everywhere, and each part is around $100 not $652.99 a piece. It’s honestly crazy that they would price gouge.
Went in because I had a nail in my tire. One guy inspects it and tells me it can be patched. While I'm waiting another guy comes out with my air filter in his hand and tells me I need a new one and shows me prices. I never asked about my air filter I asked them to help me with my tire. Then, another guy comes back and says they can't patch my tire after I had been waiting for 2 hours. Long story short I went to Discount Tire the same day and received much better service and got my tire fixed.
Warning! If you want to pay more and get less then Belle Tire is your place. TIRES: If you compare tire prices with Sam's Club, Belle may offer a slightly better price but not tell you their exact same tires do not come with road hazards warranty or road side assistance. They will sell you road side assistance for around the price of one tire ($150-$200).
