Replaced 2 front tires in a timely manner.
Joe the manager is SO good with people! He is so kind and helpful. He even sent a few of his employees out to help with stalled vehicle in front of the store. The customer service at Belle Tire is so impeccable, I’ll go there for the rest of my life!
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! A friend brought their car in for an oil change. The next day the check engine light came on and they had it towed back to Belle. Belle couldn’t do anything so they towed to the dealer in Greenwood. It turns out Belle overfilled the oil and the result was a damaged actuator. They are facing a $4,000+ bill and Belle refuses to take responsibility. STAY AWAY
The gentlemen (and they ARE gentlemen) go above and beyond to take care of my vehicle. I don't drive a new or fancy car, but the gents always treat me like I'm driving a Cadillac. They work hard at keeping the cost fair and affordable and the guarantee that comes with the work makes the price worth every penny. Will continue to give them my business.
