Got my car back from getting an issue fixed with a FLAT. Aired it up enough to get it to Belle Tire. Wesley, Brandon and his crew got me in with a SLAMMED schedule and got me a new tire. Recommended all 4. I forgot my cash only has my card. He only recommended 4 because one had a patched sidewall. These guys are absolutely amazing! Recommend them to everyone. Thanks guys!
I am very disappointed with Belle Tire. They wanted $544 to replace the breaks on my vehicle while they were putting on a set of tires. They informed us that the pads were down to about 3mm thickness. My husband declined and said he would take care of it. He purchased the new break pads but when he got the old ones off they WERE NOT wore down like Belle suggested. Be very aware of any additional services they try to sell you. I have attached a photo of the new beside the old for comparison.
Yes, they are usually busy and there is a solid reason why. They give first class service and advice. They go the extra mile to research any issues and resolve your problems. I’ve worked with Josh several times and he is Tip-top. Very knowledgeable and Highly recommended!
Went in to get new tires called ahead of time and asked them how long in total it would take they said 2 hours tops. Dropped off my car at 11:30 at 1:42 Josh came out to tell me I needed an alignment on my car. When I declined due to time he got a huge attitude about it. Finally got my car back and checked out at 1:53. When checking out with Wes, Josh makes a huge remark to put down how I declined the alignment in a rude way. I dealt with Both Josh and Wes. They are friendly and very knowledgeable about all the products Belle offers. Easy to talk to and both have a great attitude and customer service!! Great job guys
