DO NOT TRUST these people, i was in there yesterday getting my tires done, and "joe" and his technicians saw that there was a battery alert on my car, so they went into my engine bay without telling me that they were going to do this at all, and started taking the battery housing apart... i happened to be watching when one tech come over to my car and fiddle with the cover and then just threw it onto the engine bay, they seemingly do not know what they are doing with european cars because they completely left the positive te... read more
Joe the manager was in today and was able to help more then the rest of the guys.
Stopped because I had a tire blowout on the side of the highway. I have had the tires for five months. Got all four replaced at the same time. The technician told me that the Westlake tires were just really bad quality tires. I don’t disagree with this. What was frustrating was that I just went to Belle tire on May 8 (in Indianapolis) less than 2 1/2 weeks ago. All four tires were rotated, balanced, inspected, and one of them was found to have a nail and was replaced. The technician stated that because of this, the damage to... read more
Dave and the entire crew here are absolutely amazing. My wheel hub was cracked, and not only did they happily help me out, they went above and beyond. To make things easy and affordable for me they are letting me borrow a wheel until I could get the car over to collision to get repaired. Actions like this prove that they are trustworthy and need to be used for any of your needs. Thank you everybody!
