UPDATE: I didn’t want to name names, but after this experience I feel it’s necessary. The store manager, Josh, called me to question my review. That was honestly just as pointless as the original visit. A phone call doesn’t give me my time back. It doesn’t change the fact that my car was left on a lift for over an hour with an empty store. All it did was waste more of my time, which seems to be a recurring theme here. I regularly serve my cars here and I can say that they have excellent care and their work is quality. Plus good prices.
Absolutely ridiculous experience at Belle Tire. There was one other customer in the entire store, yet my car sat on the lift for over an hour for something that should take 15 minutes max — rotating 3 tires. No communication, no updates, just waiting while my car did nothing. If you’re slammed and short-staffed, say that. But standing around with an empty lobby while customers wait an hour for a basic tire rotation is unacceptable. This was a complete waste of time.
