Ian rectified a scheduling error and assured me the commitment of service would be as expected. Excellent hustle and sense of urgency is the best way to describe this store’s performance. The store manager was actually on the shop Floor giving techs a hand to ensure customers wait time would be minimal. Impressive performance of Ian, Mason and the technicians.
