UPDATE: I didn’t want to name names, but after this experience I feel it’s necessary. The store manager, Josh, called me to question my review. That was honestly just as pointless as the original visit. A phone call doesn’t give me my time back. It doesn’t change the fact that my car was left on a lift for over an hour with an empty store. All it did was waste more of my time, which seems to be a recurring theme here.
