I had a great experience at Belle Tire when I went in to repair my punctured tire. I initially expected to have to replace the tire, but they quickly identified a small hole and fixed it within an hour. To my surprise, the service was completely free! I couldn't be happier with their efficient and honest service.
We had a bit of a tire emergency while on a road trip, and this location was able to squeeze us in for repairs while we were passing through town. They were very considerate of our time crunch, and even took the time to look up our home location to recommend shops for further follow up when we got back from our trip. Service was great and they got our vehicle fixed up and safe to get back on the road, and all of the staff we worked with were very kind.
On our way for a long weekend from Wisconsin to Tennessee we had an unknown issue with a tire. Looking for a gas station to get air we saw Belle Tire right across the intersection. We limped in and they took care of us right away. The issue was more involved than what we thought (rim was cracked) and they did not have a rim, but we found one in Indianapolis. Brought my car here to get the tires rotated and balanced. During this, I found out that another Belle Tire shop crossthreaded some lug nuts of mine. Thankfully, the shop did not charge me to correct the company's mistake. Very honest crew and management staff here.
Took excellent care of me, both times.
