I had an appointment to replace four Michelin tires, the price they told me was $1086, but after they finished replacing it the company added a tire warranty fee that costed an extra $45.75per tire,(Total $183). They added the tire warranty without asking for my opinion. The total came up to about ~$1340.29. I was not informed about the warranty fee and also what it covers.
I had a nail in my tire which they fix for free since I bought my tires from a Belle tire. I had an appointment at 12. It took TWO hours!! The actual job was super fast but my car sat in the parking lot for 1.75 hours. Ernie was not nice and was snacking the whole time. I also watched him drop my car keys on the ground not once, but twice. Next time I’ll pay $10 for a patch kit and do it myself.
Husband took car in on 7/23 and asked them to call with a quote before starting everything. Quote came back for $1,900 for brakes and tires. They told my husband over the phone that they would also replace the cabin air filter and windshield wipers for free. He agreed to this on the phone. When he showed up to pick up the car later that day, they charged him $2,479.76.
