The wait was hours long & they wouldn't let us leave & come back without losing our place in line. We only needed to swap a front tire with our spare & they told us it would be, at least, 2 hours. We stayed for as long as we could stand but ended up leaving. We went to BigO the next morning & they apologized for taking 30 minutes to swap the tires. This Belle Tire has been nothing but insufferable every time we've gone. They're closer to our house, but we'll likely never go back to them for anything.
I am traveling with my wife and 4 kids we came from far away to visit our kid in college and picked up a large screw that is able to be patched. I walked in and the guy that walked up from the shop thin older guy seemed upset that I walked in for service then proceeded to tell me he wouldn’t be able to fix it until Monday which is ridiculous. Great staff here! They actually care about their customers. The manager, Jason, was extremely helpful and stayed later than he was scheduled to make sure I was able to get back on the road that night. The rest of the crew was also knowledgeable and kind
Arrived at opening for an oil change and tire rotation. Waited 21/2 hrs and car was still in lot. The waiting room had filled and emptied twice in that time. Then one associate said mine was next in line. Nope, another 1/2 hr went by and I asked another associate who said it would be at least another 45 min. Needless to say I said give me my keys.
