Brought truck in for alignment got here at 830 for a 9am appointment and its now 337 pm and we're still here! First mechanic broke a bolt on camber, then came and told us trail arm was bent needed replacement, we said ok go ahead and do it since we're leaving for vacation and don't have time to being it back after husband would replace it as we're using truck to pull RV outside of state. We were traveling from out of state to IU and were driving a rental car. Had a flat tire when a nail got into the rear tire on the highway. In calling the rental company, their service was going to take a few hours to complete. I went to Belle tires and explained the situation. The salesperson Todd was extremely helpful and accommodating our request. In spite of their busy schedule, Todd and the mechanic Roger got the tire fixed within an hour and got us back on the road! This place makes a fool out of me everytime I think I'll have an at least "okay" experience. Regardless if you set an appointment, call in ahead, or whatever you do, whatever you need done isn't happening anywhere remotely close to the time they give you or even that day. The last time I told myself I'd never come back was when I bought new tires and one of the tires were nearly flat the next day. I called for a flat repair and was told they'd fit me in, but once I got there they said they couldn't get me until later that we... read more
