I forgot to write this review earlier. This crew helped me last week… quite literally 8 minutes before they closed. I had noticed at 7:40 that my front right tire had an impact break. My dad told me to just drive over to Belle Tire purely to get their advice on whether or not it’s safe to drive on for the night. I go inside and the man at the front desk immediately comes out, looks at my tire, and tells me it’s a blowout waiting to happen. He said, “Could you drive on it? Yes. But do I want you to? Great service experiences at this location (alignments, tire repair). Timely scheduling, friendly staff, and quick results.
I had a tire that kept losing air, so I called Belle to see about bringing it in the following week and they told me to bring it by same day, which was great because most car shops are booked a week out. I went in and they told me it would be best to get at least 2 of my tires replaced, but I knew I really needed to just get all 4 done, so asked about that. Giving a big shoutout to Zach(Manager) who helped me with an insurance claim issue. He stayed on a dumbass 3 way call between me, him and the claim agent. We were on the phone for about an hour and Zach was extremely patient and helpful in the situation. I will be going to this location for future needs 100%. Highly recommend and the customer service is top notch.
