The last time I was into Belle Tire, I had normal service work done. I had waited on my car all morning. When I pulled out after the service was finished, my car was sputtering. So I drove around the block back to Belle Tire, and told them what was going on. They took it back into the shop to fix what was wrong. I had to wait a little longer for them to fix it. The mechanics here are dishonest and the staff is rude and unprofessional. Took my car here because the key to the locking lugnut was stripped and I needed their help getting the stripped locking lugnuts off so I could put regular lugnuts on that I had purchased myself. The staff behind the counter had a middle-school locker room vibe. They were making "your mom" jokes with eachother and overall were really rude any time I asked a question.
