I brought my car in to find out there was a screw in the tire. The next morning, there is still a screw in my tire. I brought it back in and that’s when it went south for me. I understand making a mistake. Maybe there were 2 screws and they only took 1 out, who knows. When I brought it back in, they wouldn’t prioritize my car. Another day lost. What a disappointment and a poor customer service experience.
I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service at the Belle Tire in Westfield. Andrea and Adrianna were possibly the two most rude customer service representatives I’ve ever encountered. Their condescending tone, unfriendly attitude, and complete lack of basic customer service — including not greeting customers when they walk in — was shocking. I feel like I have been scammed. My husband and I have been long time customers of Belle Tire in Westfield. Over the years we have replaced all four tires on both vehicles and done our regular vehicle maintenance/repairs through them and were satisfied with both customer service and the work that was done. Earlier in 2026, I went in for an alignment and tire rotation and was told that I needed $1300 worth of repairs done. Since I trusted Belle Tire, I moved forward with the repairs. I can’t say enough good things about this place but especially the employees. Adrianne is fantastic. She is attentive and very understanding of being in a situation where you may not have your vehicle because of a tire issue. Zach also does an awesome job of stepping up if it is a higher end vehicle and he knows it should be treated as such. I love this place and they will have a customer for life as long as I’m nearby. Thank you guys again for everything.
