Every time that I have used their services, from new tires, tire repair, etc., they have been top notch honest, professional, and reasonable. Very down to earth employees who treat customers with respect and appreciation. Never a bad experience!
I just got a screw in a tire and was loosing air rapidly. Stopped in the store to see if they could quickly plug it. The guy says, you don't have an appointment? No, it just happened! He says, you need to make an appointment, leave your truck and it'll take at least 3 hours to do the plug. I've never heard a more ridiculous and absurd way of doing business or treating a potential customer. Clearly this is the worst customer service a business could ever provide. Came here about 9 months ago to replace my tires and what appeared to be a good service has now turned into constant lying and misleading statements. I was told the tires I bought had a 45,000 mile warranty. Now they are showing excessive uneven wear. They told me over the phone they would be swapped at no cost. Then after coming in they are refusing to honor what they said, they even ordered the tires in to swap them at no cost but now won't provide the service. My wife and I strongly recommend this store. We had 2 vehicles with a nail in the tire and they fixed both tires free of charge. That was really nice of them. The staff was very friendly, and the repair did not take long at all even though it was a busy Saturday.

Had apointment at 1:00. Brought car in at 12:45. Waited 2 hours when they told me hour. Then they said couldn't fix. Think they could have looked at tire first . During 2 hour wait heard a lot of problems from other customers. Would not recommend this store poor service
