Edit: after posting this review, someone higher up in Belle’s customer service dept called me, and with the help of Belle’s banking dept we resolved the situation. They also promised to retrain the sales team at the Haggerty store. _______ The employees at this store are rude, negligent, liars. I scheduled an app at this store for new tires/minor repairs. I had come twice about a month ago. Once for new tires and then came back about a week later for shocks and an alignment. I did think my wait for new tires was quite long, but I did like that I could see on the screen in the lobby the status of my car. When I came back a week later, I had the absolute best experience and I will definitely be back to this Belle Tire in the future.
