I'm doing five stars strictly because there are two nights a week that you are open later than discount tire and that's very helpful. I have always used discount my entire life but they used to have longer hours and since they trimmed them, Belle tires going to get my business from now on.
Malik is amazing, and so is the rest of the staff! He is always kind, honest, and very knowledgeable. I usually come in as a walk-in, and he always makes sure my car is ready to go in a timely manner—especially when I’m on a tight schedule. What I really appreciate is that they never push unnecessary services on you.
MAKE SURE TO TELL THEM YOU WANT YOUR TIRE BACK ON THE CAR !!! First time having my tire changed here and very confusing- make sure you tell them to put the tire back ON your vehicle - NOT IN THE VEHICLE
Do not go to this Belle tire. I had my tires rotated on Saturday and I have now ABS brake lights on my dashboard. The stabilitrak light is on and a third skid control light is on. I went back to have them look at it and they said it would cost me $160 for a diagnostic test that you could go to AutoZone for free. My car had none of these light on prior to the tire rotation. They have lost my business. They called me due to this review and after diagnosis my rear hub assembly is broken and estimate is 700.00. I replied no than... read more
