Bought new wheels and tires off of Custom Offsets. Brought my truck in for an alignment and they got it done within an hour. They also relearned my TPMS sensors at no additional charge. They were straight to the point and explained everything to me prior. They called me the day before to confirm my appointment. Great communication. Great customer service.
But on the contrary, I am giving Novi Belle Tire a 5 Star rating. They took care of me wonderfully, so I got new tires and brakes there as well.
Great service as usual. Brought in my daughter’s car because of a check engine light. Diagnostics revealed a problem which was resolved quickly and affordably. Even though they were busy, they took the time to fit us in. I will continue to use this location for all my car care needs.
Air pump could not figure it out lol
Uninspired, unprofessional, low energy front room employees and subpar service. Asked for an explanation as to why my issue wasn't resolved and received a shoulder shrug and a "maybe its this" type of answer.
