I came in one day before my appointment specifically to ask about a Road Force Balance and Tire Rotation. I explained exactly what I wanted and asked the employee to inspect my tires beforehand so there would be no surprises the next day. I’ve spent thousands on tires at this place they false advertise they patch tires for free, they don’t even take care of loyal customers. The desk guy justin was very rude will never go back to this place.
Great staff. Malik got me in last minute to get my brakes taken care of. I needed a charger he got me one. He got me out in time. Great experience
I have not been wowwed by customer experience in a while. Thank you Malik. Rough day with a flat tire made easier.
