The employees at this store are rude, negligent, liars. I scheduled an app at this store for new tires/minor repairs. The salesperson informed me that I could make interest free payments with a Synchrony Bank Belle Tire credit card. I went online, and Synchrony approved me. The bank stated that I would receive a copy of the card in two weeks. I took a screenshot of my account info. My appointment at Belle occurred about a week a later. They are all in the back playing instead of doing their job it doesn't take over 35 mins to change a tire 15 mins past the promised time and still waiting
Amazing service! I had a nail in my tire, and was worried I'd have to purchase a new one. I dropped off my car with their after hours key drop. The following day, they had plugged and patched my tire, all at no charge! My car was ready to pick up by the afternoon. Thank you guys so much!!!
Spent 2 hours at Bell Tire for a 10 minute removal of a piece of metal in my tire. They could have asked me to come back another day, but chose to keep an 82 year old lady waiting for TWO hours. Also I came in with a case of lug nuts for my tires, but they only returned one!!! Granted they didn’t charge me, but I will never use this tire company in the future if I needed tires. Went there for an oil change, the workers were very nice however for a simple oil change and tire rotation I was told it’ll be an 1-1.5 hrs which was fine but it took them over 2.5 hours to do a simple oil change. Will never go back there. What a waste of my day. You should tell people the real time because we have things to do. 2.5 hours for oil change is unacceptable
