Phenomenal Service – I can't say enough good things about this place. The service is the best I've ever had, bar none. I've dealt with this place many times over the last 5 years for a variety of things: New tires, brakes, oil change, etc... I've never had to second guess or question anything they've ever told me in regard to repairs. I've taken my car in for a problem and after they looked at it, they told me that I didn't need the repair and ended up not charging me to look at it. Horrible! DO NOT TRUST – Went there said I needed new brakes some new rotars and shocks and struts all totally 1500. I went ahead with the new brakes. Took my car into the dealership since it was still under warranty for the shocks and struts. My dealer said they were fine! Dealer also said usually not to trust those types a places as they make NO profit on the tires but will on the shocks and struts! Seriously upset about this!
excellent customer service – I called belle tire for prices on my car and how long the wait would be if I brought it up there right now. They told me it would be about an hour. So I went up there and dropped my car off. They called me 10 minutes later saying that I told them the wrong size rims so the price would be more. The price difference was about $30 and they were better tires. They gave me bf Goodrich tires for an unbelievable price. Poor service, high prices – I had called Belle Tire in Fenton and received a price of $347.00 "out-the-door" pricing for 4 Navigator tires and an alignment. Fate would have it, as I was travelling to work, a tire went flat and I had to go to the Belle Tire in Waterford on Telegraph road. As I was waiting outside when the manager arrived, I was allowed to come in at 7:45am. I expressed to the manager that I recieved the quote price in Fenton and they honored it...kind of.
