Dropped my car off at this location at approximately 930am on a Monday to have an oil change done. They told me it would take about an hour so I had my fiancé pick me up and we ran errands. 2 hours later I went to pick my car up and it was in the same spot that I left it and when I went inside they said they hadn’t pulled it in yet and my car was next. Took my car in for the purchase of four new tires. When the car was finished, I received a phone call that when backing out of the bay the cover for the shifter popped off.. I was asked if that cover had been loose and I told the gentleman absolutely not- he said they popped it back on so that I assumed it was fine. I didn't find out until after paying for the tires and going out to my car that the car would not go into gear .
