My husband had an alignment done yesterday and 14 miles later, his wheel FELL OFF. Upon inspection at another shop (Pennzoil on Stadium- they are absolutely phenomenal! They rescued my husband and helped him get out of the road), all the lug nuts were loose and one missing completely. They won’t accept responsibility of course, but the manager said that the technicians would not necessarily notice if a lug nut was missing or if the wheels were loose when they did the alignment. Poor company. Poor management by Brian. Placed order online over 24 hours ago for tires that were “in stock” only to be called over 24 hours later, 45 minutes before my appointment which I had to take the day off of work to make only to be told sorry we don’t have them. Poor training in management
