Dear Belle- (westnedge/Portage) Don’t schedule someone for an appointment to get tires replaced for them to show up and you only have 3 tires on hand! And 0 of the “other brand”. Horrible customer service! Thank goodness for your Gull Rd location to be considerate of the customer you were not inclined to help.

Don't go there! Used them for too many years and other than minor problems, nothing was ever fixed! Last fall, took a car there for a broken shock after hitting a pot hole. Was going to sell the car as my wife had died. Told me it needed shocks and struts. Also, that there was a major problem with the steering line. Mind you, I had taken it in a week before to have the brakes checked and no leak was found. No fluid on the garage floor....until I brought it home. It all leaked out!! Estimate was $2,000!!! I brought my car in to take off snow tires and replace with my regular tires (without an appt). The person helped to get in and out within 40 minutes. He also helped me right away without having to stand there waiting for him to finish other work.

Belle tire patched a hole in my tire a few years ago free of charge, they told me they did that in hopes that when I needed new tires I would come to them. When I needed new tires I went right to them and got a great deal. Very friendly and professional, and again they patched a hole in my tire today free of charge. I won’t go anywhere else for tires! Definitely recommend them!
