Logan, the front associate, told me "I can help you over here", told him I needed an all wheel alignment for $60 that I was offered over the phone, he was extremely rude and was bothered that I walked in for help, his exact words "I have a million over stuff going on", my response was then why did you tell me you could help me over here, Lucky, Joshua/Jason, forgot his name, helped me and got me in and out, customer service is huge for customer retention, and Logan lacks that.
Rude!!! I over heard the manger tell a guy that bell tire doesn't fix trailer tires. They just want to sell tires, with out repairing them. Really I walked out. I won't go back.
These guys seemed a little lost. Waited 40 minutes and finally left.
