This Is a review for their online scheduling, I am giving them one star for allowing me to schedule an appointment at their Jackson rd. Location in Ann Arbor, MI. at 5p.m. 7/13/2019; even received a nice conformation email. Upon arrival not only was I told that the tires I ordered were not stocked but I was also Informed that this location closes at 5p.m. on Saturdays "Awesome". Thief in staff!!! Brought my car for tires change in November and got my sunglasses stolen by one of their employee ! I have been dealing with the manager there "Bill Collins" who has been totally unhelpful since. Apparently, they do not care to know that they have a thief of their staff and they must have too many customer to really care about my complaint... Simple service takes for ever here ... keep asking and they will actually start your car. Free wifi tho

There are no power outlets. Make sure everything is charged before you sit in the waiting room
