If there was a way to leave 0 stars I would. Awful customer service, dropped my truck off at 3 to get an alignment, went to go run errands and come back at 5:30 to see if my truck is done just for them to tell me at the last second that they couldn’t do it as soon as I dropped it off because of a part. They ended up doing it for me but the communication was not there after leaving my number. ZERO STARS!!! THEY DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WITH YOUR VEHICLES & THEY MADE US PAY AND DIDNT DO ANYTHING TO OUR TRUCK. THEY HAVE ABSOLUTELY ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY DIDNT COMMUNICATE WITH US AT ALL WE WAITED FOUR HOURS FOR THEM TO DO NOTHING TO IT. ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT BE COMING HERE AGAIN AND WILL NOT SUGGEST IT. HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!
Put swollen lugnuts back on and torqued them down so hard I could barely get them off also put back on some lugnuts that they had obviously had struggled to get off as they were cracked and twisted
