Horrible experience, tried giving me different tires then I ordered when I asked guy got attitude even argued with my 16 yr old daughter. Went to Discount and got them instead! The manager there has horrible customer service
I struck debris in the road and thus caused urgent tire replacement. I went to the closest place and regrettably purchased new set of 4. It was Tuffy in MtP to which they also quoted me over 2500 in needed additional repairs. A friend suggested getting a quote from Belle Tire in MtP. I took their advice and received a written estimate that was over a thousand dollars LESS!!!! The team at Belle were kind, professional, and explained everything to me. Great service and help while traveling through with tire issues.
Thank you Belle tire in Mount Pleasant! I was able to get my vehicle towed in, inspected, and fixed all in the same day! The technician Jack was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The front counter service from Tyler was friendly and helpful. Also the price was very fair and actually less than expected. Overall a very professional and pleasant experience!
