Tires rotated and oil changed. Had an appointment for 1 PM. Arrived at 12:50, gave key to attendant and sat down to wait for the work to be done. Waited until 2PM before asking about status of work and was told he would check. He came back about 5 minutes later and told me it would be another 5 minutes. I waited another 30 minutes before asking again if it was done. Attendant checked and found it was done. No telling how much longer I’d have waited if I’d not asked. Treated extremely poor!! BEYOND ANGRY!! Overcharged, treated very RUDE!! CHARGED for "services" that days I declined, by the way, a service the website says is free, that was never asked if I wanted...How can I decline if it's not offered????
