Pat thank you so much for taking the time out to make sure it was safe for our vechices to be on the road. Even though the weather wasn't it's best. Thanks for braving the snow and extremely cold weather to check our tires today. Highly recommend Michigan City Indiana Belle tire branch. They really care about everyone not just their customers. Have definitely went downhill in the last few years.. horrible customer service, refuse to honor lifetime replacement on shocks that they talk you into buying. Ever since the main longtime mechanic Greg left it has been downhill. My future business will be going elsewhere..
My husband had an alignment done yesterday and 14 miles later, his wheel FELL OFF. Upon inspection at another shop (Pennzoil on Stadium- they are absolutely phenomenal! They rescued my husband and helped him get out of the road), all the lug nuts were loose and one missing completely. They won’t accept responsibility of course, but the manager said that the technicians would not necessarily notice if a lug nut was missing or if the wheels were loose when they did the alignment. Took my car in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. No oil leaks. I have new driveway with no oil stains. I get a call from belle tires stating that my car is badly leaking oil and to repair it would be 1200.00. I declined. Now my car that had never leaking oil before is leaking oil. I will never take my car to belle tires on Telegraph in Southfield again.
Went there asked for a alignment check Wich r free they just did the work and charged my girlfriend who is on SSI the car was only brought to belle tire cause Honda just did it so she wanted it checked then took her money said it was a miscommunication well ty for ripping her off

First class tire service at this Belle Tire store in Troy. Mike took care of my repairs promptly and efficiently. I highly recommend this facility for your auto needs.
