If you want something truly unique then you MUST go here. Truly something different in comparison to all the other run of the mill bakeries. The employees and Chef Bowden truly care about the product they are creating here. With hard work and care, every item is delicious! I love this place. Their macarons are amazing! Great presentation at the Taste of El Paso. The chef recognizes and knows his customers on a personal level, i.e. remembering names. My friend Carrie made a purchase of chocolate covered apples for xmas and gave me one. Delicious. I wish my diet allowed more bread and sweets. I can't think of anything bad to say about this place.
