The entire process of booking this venue from the beginning to the end was relatively seamless. The customer service and communication with the owner was outstanding. This was for a retirement dinner party with about 75 folks, and the space was perfect. Plenty of room for guests, tables for catered food, room for a DJ and a bartender; and we even had a caricature artist with his own space (table and chairs). We had an amazing experience at Bella South Events! The manager, Ms. Teresa, was very accommodating to all of our needs and even allowed us to decorate the day before our event, which made setup so much easier. The venue is beautiful, well-kept, and very clean. I also appreciated that tables and chairs were included, saving us the trouble of renting from an outside company. Teresa’s professionalism was outstanding! We hosted my daughter and son in law’s wedding here and it was a beautiful experience from start to finish!
If I could give zero stars, I would. Belle South Event Space was a complete disappointment from start to finish. My sister requested specific things for her event, and not just one , but multiple requests were completely ignored. The party was scheduled to start at 4:30. We arrived at 4:00 with food, only to be told we would be charged an additional $75 for arriving 30 minutes early. Seriously? This was an amazing venue! The decor for my baby shower was gorgeous! The space was beautiful, clean, and worked perfectly for my family. Their generosity of time, resources, and attention to detail is appreciated. Communication was easy, I couldn't have asked for better partners throughout the planning process! I highly recommend booking your next event here!
