Very professional and caring service. Lovely warm welcome
I am very disappointed with my eyelash lift. I paid $105 and made it clear that I was getting married in a few weeks, so I was hoping for a beautiful, even result. Unfortunately, later I noticed that my left eyelashes were much less lifted than my right, making them look uneven. Overall, there was very little difference from before the treatment, so I feel I paid $105 for a service that didn't deliver the expected results. Since this review, someone has contacted me to arrange a fix-up and refund -so I’m very happy that this appears to have been just a one-off and that the service is back to normal. (It’s normally great, which is why I was so disappointed...) I’m excited to get it done properly, as the results are usually lovely. Update coming. ❤️
