It was a terrifying experience. I went in asking for ash-blonde highlights, but the owner—who was loud, brusque, and had a very heavy hand—began the work. After a seven-hour wait, she left my hair looking terrible; she scorched it, and just three days after washing it, the color faded completely—shifting from ash-blonde to a brassy gold. The service is truly poor. I do not recommend this place.
I want to publicly express my concern regarding the handling of personal information that the salon shares with other people about its clients. The owner of Salon Iveth is providing personal information in an UNAUTHORIZED manner, using slander, lies, and harassment, and involving third parties I don't know. I have never spoken to them about slandering my good name. Very nice Hair saloon with a Latin flair. You do need to make an appointment with your hair stylist of preference.
I moved back into the Miami Lakes area and was searching for a hair salon. Olivia fixed my hair from Brassy to Beautiful! She is amazing! Thank you Olivia ! 🥰
