Dr. I. Khadaroo saw me as a walk-in patient regarding my injury. He's been super kind, helpful, and very good at explaining medical concepts in a simple manner. Be patient with the front desk staff as he rotates between this location and South Windsor.

the place is great when they actually pick up the phone. for the last two months they never answer me, call me back, or even send me to voicemail.
I have been a patient with BRHC since I was a child, and can say that I will never waste my time going back there again. I knew wait times were never great, but after having made my appointment a month in advance, I was extremely disappointed when my scheduled appointment with one of their new doctors was switched to be with a nurse because the doctor had to “leave to go to work at a different clinic”.
