BRDHS Auto Bros. gave off a bad vibe. From the moment we went in for an inspection for our new car, the staff seemed disinterested and impatient. There was a distinct lack of warmth or even basic courtesy. It felt like we were an inconvenience, not valued customers. The quality of service was consistently poor. Each interaction felt rushed and dismissive, with little to no effort to explain things clearly.
