All the staff are very friendly. Doug is always able to get me in quickly, and he always tries to go above and beyond to help! I never feel taken advantage of when I’m there.
1st time customer turned into life long one: Called auto bros as my trunk strut broke off and I couldn’t get my trunk closed. Doug said bring it over and he was able to get the strut off so I could get the trunk closed and drive until parts arrived. He took the time to find affordable parts so I could avoid dealership prices. Very transparent with pricing and upfront.
