Because of my employment, I moved to Marine City. I was looking for a home to purchase in the future. I found Bell River Apartments to be very affordable, and very clean.The rent is very affordable. This is an update. Have spoken with tyem. Found out some information I didn't know on previous review. Gentlemen I talked with was grest and even ttied to help after the Fire displaced us Bree Manor! Overcall I have rethought my previous review and haveca much better opinion of Belle River! I would definately rent from them andvrecomend them.
I have lived in Belle River Apartments for over two years now. It is a very quiet and friendly environment. I have children and the elders in the community are always gifting them toys and snacks. The owner Bryan Is understanding and easy to communicate with. Overall, a pretty great experience so far.
Belle River is a quiet friendly community. I lived here for 2 years and never had any issues. The particular building I lived in had an older lady below us that always did something festive for the community on holidays and put together a couple community bbq’s. It’s truly a great place to live!
Moved into the Belle River Apartments about a year ago and have never had any issues at all . Bryan (the owner) is a great guy , very understanding and very professional . Keeps the complex very clean and it’s a wonderful area to live in , as well as very attentive to any issues or questions you may have . Very close to the downtown area and in a safe location .
