Ashleigh is not your average property manager and has a background working in law . I am very confident my property is in good hands with her and the very capable staff at Belle. Belle were excellent with a contract in 4 days and settlement in 21 days. The missing star was unfortunately down to the stylist recommended by Belle - Affordable Interiors. Otherwise great advice and hard work by Susanne Forbes (Belle Property).
An excellent outcome with our property under contract within 4 days of listing and settled in 21 days at market value. Highly recommended. The 5th star is missing only consequent to an awful experience with the styling firm Affordable Interiors, who proved to be devious and very difficult to deal with. That business almost cost us the sale.
The property manager, Christian Schatz, is horribly unprofessional and is not trustable at all. He paid the rental fee of my house to the previous owner. He did it intentionally and had planned for it. Then he blocked my phone number and didn't respond my calls or text messages at all. Fortunately the previous owner paid me the amount. Never deal with Christisn Schatz. His manager, Debora Sutton also was not responsive at all and apparently she doesnt care about what is happening in her office.
