We sold our recently renovated 3-bedroom family home in Queanbeyan West at a time when properties were moving slowly or being sold well under purchase price. The team from Belle were creative, and communicated well throughout this fairly nervy process for us. Most importantly, they got us a sale at a great price-point after a patient campaign! This review is based on my husband's and my experience with Dominic Johns. Throughout the Agency Agreement, Dominic Johns introduced our property to several potential buyers. Unfortunately none of those potential buyers had a cash deposit due to not having sold their property.
