Very disappointing experience. The sales strategy was inconsistent from the beginning. We were strongly encouraged to pursue auction, only to later be told the property was better suited to private treaty. In hindsight, this should have been identified before the campaign started. We specifically requested to work with the experienced agent who had previously sold our property. My property manager is never answering calls and even call us back and they missed every thing happening in the property and I have to note them and remind them.
Matt was excellent. Great result from a top bloke.
These guys got one of the worst results I've ever seen for my mum, definitely don't go with these people if you are looking to get the most for your property.
