This is not about their ability to sell a property or manage a property. I have called them twice about pamphlet deliveries at our house. Our letterbox has a clearly marked no advertising material sign and pamphlets were left, one time a handful of about 20 were left behind a bush. The second issue is being cold called to suggest a market appraisal. If I want a market appraisal I would ask for one. You are pests, and if I do sell it won’t be through Belle
