Absolutely had the WORST experience with Belle Property and would warn again listing with them and leasing off them as they are very unprofessional, horrible to deal with. I leased a house off them for premium price and the house was falling apart, made multiple maintenance requests however all of them got ignored, I was without a stove, for the last part of my lease, the shower got clogged and I got crickets. we paid how rent on time and bills on time however they would harass me, sending me lots of texts and emails even ve... read more

This branch of Belle Property is single handily be the worst in Australia. Our rental used to be managed by them but the owner have since fired them and are choosing to self manage, as Belle is incapable of doing the most basic of tasks, they lost their previous tenant due to Belle’s incompetence. Beware to any property owner, they will not care for your property or tenants & beware to any potential tenants the only thing they do consistently is lie.
We recently vacated a rental property managed by Belle Property Marcoola, and unfortunately, our experience with the end-of-lease process left a lot to be desired. The handling of the bond return felt extremely unfair and disappointing, with discrepancies between the actual condition of the property and the excessive costs that were deducted.
