I was a tenant in a property managed by Belle Property, and unfortunately, my experience was consistently poor. Throughout my tenancy, they repeatedly tried to shift responsibility onto me for various maintenance issues — including a non-working toilet, a clogged sink, and even falsely accusing me of damaging smoke alarms. I took each matter to QCAT, and in every case, Belle Property withdrew their claims and refunded my money. Extremely Unprofessional and Lacking Integrity I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Ben Radcliff and Team from Belle Property. Despite multiple attempts to get the contract right, they continuously made errors, causing unnecessary delays. After finally sending it through for signing, they turned around and presented another offer to the property owner, disregarding the time and effort I had already invested. I am finding Belle Property to be very unprofessional. I am an owner in a complex that Belle manage in Marcoola and I have been asking for weeks if Belle can get the tenants to put their bins in and out, which I have to end up doing because they are full of flies. Washing is hanging on the balcony in view of the street and our new driveway has oil stains all over it. Belles response was "I can't make them do it". My home looks like a slum because they won't manage their tenants.
