Not 100% sure was the Cornubia mob but what Sounded like an Indian accent claiming to be from Belle property group Randomly rang me to ask what I’d sell my property for.” I said above market rate , what do you think it’s worth?” They said a figure 400k below what realestate.com , property.com, domain.com , anz, and onthehouse.com all estimated.
