Would not recommend leasing with Belle Property Caulfield. My partner and I moved from Canberra to Melbourne after being approved for one of their properties (which looked great in photos, which we found later weren't updated since 2016). We had a proxy go to the inspection for us, but couldn't take photos since the property was still occupied. They said it was messy, but should be fine after a thorough end of tenancy clean. Dorothy is the best property manager I have ever had. She’s always friendly, professional and helpful. I feel confident when I contact her that she will do her bestto resolve any problems, and is always fair and positive to deal with. It’s nice to be able to call and know that she won’t be doing “sighs/rolls eyes”, or if she does, you’d never know it!
