I recently rented one of the short term properties, the property looked great on the surface but unfortunately many of the items in the house were not working. Tv was not connected to an aerial so no normal channels, the air con in the living room didnt work, one of the microwave ovens didnt even turn on. The door didnt lock and one door actually fell completely off the track! The drains were smelling bad, and in general the cleanliness of the house was way below expectation.
